Mini Camp Graiguecullen

Graiguecullen Mini Camp took place on the week of Monday 31 st July – Friday 4 th August in “The Hub” at Carlow Regional Youth Services. 40 young people and 4 volunteers attended and worked at the camp, participating in a wide variety of fun activities. For the fashion conscious there was bright and vibrant (very stylish!) tie-dye t-shirt making. The artistically inclined got their chance to shine through glass painting. For those with green fingers we painted terracotta flower pots and planted colourful flowers in them. And for fun we had bingo where the numbers rolled fast and furiously and the prizes quickly followed. All in all it was a great week and one which was enjoyed by both leaders and young people alike.
